The content on the CRS website is provided for informational and CRS service purposes. Content may be updated as the service and its legal or operational information changes.

By completing the CrisisReadinessCheck, you agree that:

• •Your responses are recorded as assessment input only
• •A final customer report is released only after scoped review and Release Gate approval
• •Your data will be handled in accordance with the CRS Privacy Policy

The public CRS website is not an approved channel for uploading sensitive supporting documents. Where a paid or otherwise authorised CRS engagement requires plans, SOPs, incident material or other supporting evidence, the evidence channel, authorised access and closure/deletion rule are agreed before the material is provided.

Classified information must not be submitted. Supporting evidence must not be routed through consumer AI, personal messaging applications, ad-hoc public upload links or other channels that have not been approved for the engagement.

Fees, scope, payment terms and any purchase-order or equivalent requirements for a paid CRS engagement are agreed separately in writing. The applicable written engagement documents determine when a paid engagement becomes effective. Use of the public website or Quick Scan does not by itself create a paid CRS engagement.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is charged as required by law.

The CrisisReadinessCheck methodology, scoring framework, website content and report templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed in violation of those rights or without the required written permission, except where permitted by law.

CRS is a scoped assessment of the information and evidence made available within the agreed scope. It identifies supported claims, gaps, contradictions, uncertainty and priority points for attention. It does not certify readiness, predict crisis performance, or constitute a remediation or implementation engagement. Decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the customer organisation.

Any contractual allocation or limitation of liability for a paid CRS engagement is governed by the applicable written engagement terms. Nothing in these website Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

When using this website and the CrisisReadinessCheck, you agree not to:

• •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform
• •Copy, extract or reproduce protected CRS content or methodology in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• •Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or applicable rights, or in response to a material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights or conflict-of-law rules that may apply. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable law.
